AYMNET started its activities in 2009 under the identity of AYM Consulting. Until 2015, it spent this period with the development and direct sales of existing products. As of 2015, with the participation of new business partners and an increase in capital, AYMNET expanded its scope of work and goals. The company was established with a fully paid-up share capital of 400,000₺ and later increased its fully paid-up capital to 800,000₺. Finally, on December 1, 2022, by transforming into a Joint Stock Company, it increased its fully paid-up capital to 2,500,000₺, thus taking its place among the leading companies in the sector.

It was established with 100% fully paid-up domestic capital. The company uses the abbreviation AYM (Active Living Center), which symbolizes active living philosophically, as its main brand, as it has obtained licenses for its products under the AYM umbrella. It uses Dr.Siamour, Nutriwith, and Aym International as sub-brands.
